1. I am having trouble registering.
*Check your member number located on your membership card, all member IDs must be 5 digits.
*Verify all character lengths meet minimum standards (provided under the field).
*If you continue to experience difficulty, click here. Include your Name, Member Number and Club Name.
2. I know my User ID and Password but cannot log in.
If you believe your User ID and Password are correct but you are still unable to log in, the problem may be temporary due to server traffic. Wait a few moments and try again. Click here if the problem persists. Include your Name, Member Number and Club Name.
Please note that your user ID is not case sensitive; however, your password is case sensitive.

6. Can I access Members Only without JavaScript?
No. JavaScript must be enabled to access the Members Only section.
Internet Explorer 5 and above users, follow these steps:
*Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
*Click on Security tab.
*Click on Custom Level button.
*Under the Java Permissions heading, select the Enable radio button.
*Under Scripting of Java Applets heading, select the Enable radio button.
*Under Active Scripting, select the Enable radio button
Netscape 4 and above users, follow these steps:
*Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
*Click the Advanced tab.
*Click the "Enable Java" checkbox so a check appears.
*Click OK.
7. What is a cookie?
A "cookie" is a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a Web Page server. It is essentially your identification card, and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses.
8. Do I need cookies enabled for login?
Yes. The Members Only section uses session-based cookies that must be enabled to log in. Cookies are stored on your PC if you choose the Remember Me option. The use of cookies makes Members Only more secure and efficient.
To enable cookies In Internet Explorer 5:
*Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
*Click the Security tab.
*Click the Custom Level button.
*Under Cookies heading, click the Enable radio button for Allow cookies that are stored on your computer.
*Click OK to save preferences.
To enable cookies In Internet Explorer 6:
*Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
*Click the Privacy tab.
*Set the slider to Medium.
*You could also go for the Per Site option by clicking the Edit button. Here, you can choose to allow your club Web site by specifying your club's URL (ie. http://www.yourclub.com) and clicking OK. If your browser is still refusing to accept session cookies, then it may be necessary to go back into the Privacy tab and click the Advanced button. This will open a new window. You should first click the Override automatic cookie handling option followed by clicking the Always allow session cookies option.
*Click Apply or OK to save preferences.
To enable cookies in Netscape:
*Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
*Expand the Privacy & Security tab.
*Click on Cookies.
*Select the Enable all Cookies button.
*Click Apply or OK to save preferences.
